On Wednesday, December 11, 2019 One Nation Commission and California API Legislative Caucus hosted the West Coast Media Briefing for the Release of the One Nation Commission Report in San Francisco, CA. Joining the Briefing, were Co- Chairs, Sherry Hirota and Mike Honda, Commissioner Dr. Tung Nguyen and Assemblymember David Chiu.

Unite as #OneNation at the US District Court in Oakland to send a loud and clear message to the judge that our communities are against this rule.
This is a critical hearing and if the judge grants an injunction, this would mean the final rule slated for October 15th will not be implemented.
Join One Nation and coalition members in standing up with our immigrant communities against the final public charge rule which is expected to go into effect on October 15, 2019. The rule will harm 26 million Americans and force families to either forgo healthcare, food, and housing assistance, or possibly face separation and deportation.

One Nation Coalition convening in Washington D.C, to discuss the many strategies and fronts to combat public charge. A master class on strategic one-on-one meetings Members of Congress and staff, led by Co-Chair to the Commission and Former Congressmember Mike Honda, and visits from Congressmember Ted Lieu and Senator Paul Strauss.
